This study investigates the impact of breath-control biofeedback training on physical endurance and anxiety levels in adolescent runners. A 6-week experimental intervention was conducted using wearable breathing monitors and a guided biofeedback app. The experimental group showed a statistically significant improvement in endurance (mean increase of 1.3 minutes) and a notable reduction in anxiety levels (mean decrease of 2.1 points on a 10-point scale), compared to the control group. Results suggest that breath-control biofeedback is a promising tool for enhancing athletic performance and mental well-being in young athletes.
