The present study investigated the impact of interval sprint training on skills performance-related variables of roll ball players. For the study, the investigator randomly selected 24 students as subjects and divided them into an experimental and a control group. Each group contain (n=12) twelve subjects. Skating, dribbling, shooting and vertical jump have been selected as skills performance-related variables. To find the normality of the data, the investigator uses the Shapiro-Wilk test. To find out the significant differences, ANCOVA was employed at a 0.05 level of significance. The statistical analysis of data revealed that there was a significant change that occurred on skills performance related variables, skating, dribbling and vertical jump, and there is no significant change observed in the skills performance related variable, shooting, due to the 8-week interval sprint training among the experimental and control groups roll ball players.
