Abstract:

The significance of this research lies in the focus on blended learning to assist students in increasing their motivation to learn, enhancing both cognitive and performance aspects, and meeting their individual needs in a way that allows each student to learn at their own pace, while also promoting a sense of equality in educational opportunities.
This research aims to design an educational program utilizing a blended learning strategy and to investigate its impact on the level of gymnastics skill performance among students.
Research Hypothesis: There are statistically significant differences between the pre-test and post-test means for the experimental group in the level of gymnastics skills performance, in favor of the post-test results.
The researcher employed the experimental method, which is appropriate for the nature of this study, by adopting a one-group experimental design with pre- and post-testing.
After administering the pre-tests and processing the data in Excel, the main experiment was conducted on the research sample over 12 weeks, at a rate of two sessions per week. Upon completion of the main experiment, post-tests were conducted, and the data were again entered into Excel and statistically analyzed using the SPSS software package.
