Objectives: The study was to analyze the barriers related to diabetes management among middle-aged professional Physical Educationists in Tamil Nadu.
Research Aims: To assess the health conditions of the Physical Educationist’s individuals and understand how their professional knowledge and physical activities to manage diabetes and maintaining health body composition in their day to day life.
Study Design: Descriptive survey applied to describe the health conditions of the subjects by used closed ended questions.
Methods: To achieve this study the investigator selected 100 middle aged (age from 31 to 55) professional Physical Educationists across Tamil Nadu State. The investigator collected data from the selected professional Physical Educationists through questionnaire. The collected data analysed by descriptive statistics to determine the professional Physical Educationist’s activities to acted as barrier on diabetic.
Results: The result of the study stated that professional Physical Educationist’s activities as well as their learned knowledge was highly helped and acted as a barrier on diabetic in their life also can maintaining their body composition with normal level.
Conclusion: Regular Physical exercises were helped to being a healthier life for the physical educationist.
