This research explores the relationship between body shape concerns and self-efficacy among female Kho-Kho players aiming on rural-urban differences. Kho-Kho, an indigenous Indian sport, requires quickness, speed, and stamina. Nevertheless, socio-cultural and environmental issues can impact players' perceptions of self and psychological preparedness. The research examines how rural and urban origins female construct body image concerns and self-efficacy, and consequently influence performance and motivation.
