Providing new models that can be applied at the same time does not eliminate the culture that seems inherent in the current era, which is the digitalization of technology that is practical and easy to use but does not eliminate the characteristics of research objects, namely elementary school students. By being given a physical fitness model through the brain breaks method for about a month, students experience increased physical fitnessseen from the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI) in the initial conditions which is an average of 9.5142 then the final test is 11.2857.
